    You fill out an online form (it will take about 20 minutes to complete), make a secure payment, and receive a personalised, written response on the same day (or the next day, if you send the form after 5pm).
  • What do I receive in your written response?
    You'll get my comprehensive reply including coping strategies, relevant resources, recommended online assistance and suggestions for what your next step might be.
  • How much does it cost?
    My service is designed to be affordable. The current cost per session is £35.00.
  • Who is this service for?
    Adults seeking mental health support who may find traditional counselling methods too expensive, time-consuming, or inaccessible.
  • Is the service confidential?
    Yes, your privacy is very important to me. All information exchanged between us is kept secure and confidential by end-to-end encryption. My email address is provided by Proton, a highly-regarded Swiss company that protects the transmission of information under some of the world's strictest privacy legislation. No personal information is stored in this website.
  • Can one session really help?
    Yes! Sometimes, a single session can provide valuable insights and help you feel better. My short-duration sessions are focused on addressing your immediate concerns.
  • Can I have more than one session?
    Absolutely. While I aim to help in a single session, you're welcome to book additional sessions whenever you need. You'll just complete the form on the "Get started now" page again.
  • What issues can I discuss?
    You can share anything that's on your mind: stress, anxiety, relationships, work challenges, or any other concerns you may have.
  • Is this service suitable for people in crisis?

  • How do I make a payment?
    Payment is made securely online when you submit your "Get started now" form.
  • How soon will I receive a response?
    You will receive my personalised, written response on the same day (or the next day if you send your form to me after 5pm).
