Hello

Jerry @ Affordable On-Demand Counselling

I'm Jerry Livings, a fully qualified mental health counsellor in the UK. Over the years, I've become increasingly aware of the barriers that prevent many people from accessing Counselling and Therapy in the UK. I wanted to provide a service that addresses these barriers as much as possible, and this website is the result.

  • Ideally, I believe that counselling should be free of cost to anyone who needs help.

  • By using written communication as a way of helping, I've been able to reduce my costs, and hopefully make counselling financially accessible to more people. This is my way to offer support at the lowest cost possible.

  • I also believe that people should be able to access counselling at the time they decide to seek help, not days or weeks later.

  • This website lets you get started from any location, at a time that suits you, without the need to schedule appointments.

  • When you complete the online form, I'll send you my personalised response on the same day (up to 5pm).

  • My service focuses on single-session support, which may be sufficient to address immediate concerns.

  • Additional sessions are available if needed, but there's no pressure for a long-term commitment.
